I didn't receive my license key after purchase

License keys are delivered by Whop after purchase. Check your\n Whop dashboard or the email used during checkout. If you\n still can't find it, email us with your order number.

My license key says "invalid"

Make sure you copied the full key without extra spaces. If the problem persists, contact us with your license key and we'll investigate.

My bank statement isn't parsing correctly

Try selecting your specific bank preset instead of "Auto-detect." If the issue persists, send us a screenshot of the problematic PDF (with sensitive data removed) and we'll work on adding support for your format.

Can I get a refund?

Please refer to our Terms of Service for our refund policy. Since the Service offers a free tier and lifetime access, refunds are not provided after license activation.
